Drag-Out

This tutorial is about how to create the drag-out effect.

1 Start by choosing your image. I've choosen this one:



2 Duplicate the image by right-clicking the thumbnail in the layer area). Here's an example:



3 Go to Filtre > Blur > Radial Blur. You can set the settings as mine or make your own:



4 Press Ok and erase away the the body, the face or whatever you want to be original looking. Here's my result:
