1. Start by opening the picture you want the effect to be on. Make a new raster layer and fill it with this color #C54303 > Set it to lighten.
2. Now dublicate the picture > set it to overlay. Dublicate the picture again > set it to burn.
3. Dublicatethe picture > go to > adjust > Brightness and Contrast > Gamma Correction > Set the settingslike this(bellow) > set the layer as Saturation(L).
3. Duplicate the picture(original,not the correctioned) again and set it to burn.
