Step 1 : Start by open the oicture u wanna use :



Step 2 : Go To Effects >> Artistic Effects >> Halftone :



Step 3 : A new window will appear, change your settings so they look like mine . Or just play around with the settings.



Step 4 : after you've clickt 'ok' , you chould be finnished .Here's my results :
