2 Now you have to choose The Rectangle tool(nb: rounded rectangle). And draw it around the picture how u want it.
3 Now u have to Hold CTRL + ALT + I , and then click on the DEL BUTTON .
Step 4 : Now it should looks like the picture over ^. Now you can fill the background with any color or pattern :D
